SizeKeeper collects only the information you provide directly:

• Account information: your email address and password (stored as a secure hash)
• Profile data: names, relationships, dates of birth, and notes for the people you add
• Size data: clothing size measurements you enter for each person

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the SizeKeeper service:

• To display your saved profiles and sizes when you log in
• To secure your account with email/password authentication
• To allow you to update and manage your data

3. Cookies and Third-Party Services

SizeKeeper uses the following third-party services that may set cookies or collect usage data:

• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use SizeKeeper (pages visited, session duration, general location by country). Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) to distinguish users and sessions. This data is anonymous and aggregated — it does not identify you personally. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Google reCAPTCHA: Our sign-in, sign-up, and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies and share your email address with SizeKeeper to create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Session cookies: SizeKeeper uses a secure session cookie to keep you logged in between pages. This cookie is essential for the service to function and expires when you sign out or close your browser.

We do not use cookies for advertising or sell any data to advertisers.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in a database hosted by Buchanan Software. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your data is isolated from other users — you can only access the profiles you have created.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your family's clothing size data stays private to your account.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete any profile or size entry at any time from within the application. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls that ensure only you can view your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

SizeKeeper is intended for use by adults (18+). While you may enter size information for children in your family, the account holder must be an adult.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SizeKeeper after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
